Well, today is my 2 week mark! No weight loss again, but it's still OK. I'm feeling great! And lost a total of 17 lbs!
Today, I had 40 oz lemon water and 40 oz Chocolate Smooth Move Tea.
I juiced 8 Roma tomatoes, 4 celery, 1/4 handful parsley, 3 green onions, 1 garlic, 1 slice beet, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp tabasco.
I don't know what I did different, but the tomato juiced wasn't as good as last time!
