Hcg Raw Vegan Protocol

I've had faster success on HCG Raw vegan, than the Hcg Simeon protcol. I used homeopathic on both. And as you'll notice, I didn't use just one type of vegetable for my meals.
For Phase 1, you load (eat fatty foods) for 2 days and you take your hcg on these days also.
For Phase 2, you choose raw vegan recipes with low fat. If you are using Hcg Homepathic you can stay in this phase for as long as you want. If your on the Hcg shots you will stay in this phase for 23 days, then move on to phase 3.(I've been experimenting with using a little bit of olive oil and have still had tremendous success. So some recipes have a little oil it them. You can leave it out, if you want).

  2. I am curious about what you ate for phase 1 on the load days. I don't want to eat a bunch of garbage. I have been raw vegan for just a month and although I feel better, I haven't lost weight so I thought I would try the HCG diet. It is so nice to see that a person can be successful on this as a raw vegan. Thanks so much!
